A&F was conceived during the financial maelstrom of 2007/2008 specifically to guide and support our clients in economic, market and regulatory conditions of unprecedented difficulty. Our management and transaction leaders each have over 25 years of structured finance experience, gained in senior positions at commercial and investment banks, rating agencies, International Financial Institutions and legal and accountancy practices.
We are intensely proud of our track record. To date we have successfully closed structured finance transactions in a principal amount of over Euro 10 billion.
